I work hard with my clients to develop a program custom-fit to not only their abilities but also their preferences. My diverse background in different forms of movement and fitness gives me a lot of options to draw from; if a client doesn't enjoy a particular exercise or it doesn't feel quite right for their bodies, I have many alternatives. I also look at fitness holistically; a person who enjoys their fitness program is more likely to follow it, reach their goals, and improve their confidence.
Power yoga, rock climbing, HIIT, and weightlifting (not all at once! :) )

Ambient instrumental or chanting for yoga. Metal or hardcore for weightlifting :)
I love doing handstands everywhere I travel. My most exciting one was probably Antarctica!
