Every person is different, and that is why it is essential as a trainer to support their needs to my fullest potential. I am currently almost certified as an ISSA nutritionist and will take the certification exam at the end of this month. Not only that, but I am currently majoring in Nutrition and Health Sciences, so my nutrition knowledge is continuing to become stronger the more I learn.
My go-to workout would be full body HIIT!
Ground turkey, egg whites, cucumbers, celery, protein oats, jasmine rice, and tuna packets!
