I have a wide spectrum of education in multiple fitness arenas, allowing me to adapt workouts for any situation that may occur. Whether a client becomes injured or gets thrown a "life curve ball" I can create a workout to meet the needs of my client. Sometimes it maybe a simple as, sleep 8 hours for 3 nights in a row.
