I’ve spent majority of my life training as a collegiate athlete and have went through a series of transformations. I know what it takes to bulk and/or shred.
My go-to workout includes a HIIT style warm-up, full body resistance training & a core finisher.
I love Leafy Greens, Avocados, cucumbers & tomatoes, Fruit (especially berries), and nuts.
