I’ve been training clients since 2014 in corporate settings and have trained clients ranging from post surgery, young, old, pre and postpartum. I’ve completed over 200 hours of in house education as well as continuing education hours on my own. I design programs for clients tailored specifically to their needs and goals. I always try and make my sessions with clients as enjoyable as possible and genuinely try and connect with them.
I love doing workouts that increase my heart rate and keep me engaged throughout the session.
My go to meal is a bowl with steak/chicken, quinoa, a variety of greens, and a tiny bit of dressing
Cauliflower, tofu (depending on how it’s made), whole wheat pasta, hummus, beets, artichokes

I usually listen to hip hop and r&b, but also rock sometimes it really depends on the mood I’m in
Aside from lifting I also play basketball about 3 times a week and play in a couple of rec leagues
