Through my own personal fitness journey I've developed a deep understanding of different exercises and eating habits that lead to a healthy lifestyle. I went from having strictly aesthetic goals to learning that the body aesthetic I achieve is more of a byproduct of the healthy habits that I maintain. I've been working a desk job during weekdays for over 5 years now and understand how difficult it is for the average working person to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I'm an avid cyclist and would choose that over most forms of exercise any day of the week :).
I love making eggplant pasta with a big salad on the side.
Historically I've disliked beets but I'm finding ways to serve them that might change that.
