My Mission

Witnessing a client start from a white-belt warrior, evolve into a routined gym raccoon, and end at a black-belt body fills my life with joy. Clients who listen, do the work, and practice the principles are the reasons I coach. The gym is a lift laboratory where I discovered my physical edges, where exercise styles were tested, and where I assayed my inner metal. In short, the Iron is a tool for reinvention, used to carve inwards, to the statue posing within. My role as a Personal Trainer is to guide others to lift themselves out of the shadow of health and onto the podium of health itself. A new look, a new feel, a winner! My long term goal is to shrink that 44% obesity and 65% overweight rate plaguing America to 100% health. Poetry in motion will always inspire me. Whether it’s Khabib anchoring, slithering, and constricting his opponents. Jordan soaring through the air before mesmerized open mouths. Or Messi juking multiple defenders with his dexterous ball dancing to score a GOLAZO!

If you give me 6 hours to chop down a tree, I’ll spend the first 4 sharpening the axe.

Why Train With Me

To begin with, an online presence can never match the potential of an offline being. They can’t spot you, rack your weights, or hi-five you after a successful lift. Moreover, they should train with me because I have 22 years of experience, a fathomless well of knowledge, and last but not least, my energy is one of a kind. I am committed to my clients until the goals are met. If my energy doesn't inspired them, my words will, if my words don't inspire them, my actions will!
