I am able to program and offer workouts, exercises, nutritional recommendations, stretches, techniques, and more for those willing and able. With that being said, I earned a B.S in Kinesiology/Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Austin as well as been exposed to a diverse array of training methods for the past year and a half. These training methods are the pinnacle of functional fitness mixed with performance training as well as rehab and therapy work.
My go-to exercise is full-body with dynamic/athletic movements while incorporating weight training.
Fresh food is always better so I consume lots of fruits and vegetables with lean meats and grains
I'm not very picky but one food that can turn me away from any meal is raw onion.
