The hardest part of going to the gym is maintaining a consistent schedule and continuing to have that drive and desire to go everyday. Having played 5-6 years of collegiate baseball, pushing people and motivating people was all I knew for many years and seeing them overcome what they thought was possible is what I strive for. I will be the driving factor for you and do everything in my power to keep you motivated and wanting to get yourself back in the gym day after day.
My go-to workout is a killer chest/triceps/shoulders day with a brutal Abs superset to finish.
I am a huge fan of catalina chicken with a nice mix of vegetables with roasted garlic potatoes.
I am not a huge fan of seafood and for vegetables I am not a fan of asparagus or squash.
