As a former college athlete and current physical therapy student, my goal is to help people achieve their goals. Be it recovering from injury, getting back into training, or developing a comprehensive resistance training program to help an athlete get to the next level. This all started when I was in highschool and got a trainer of my own. Seeing progress through highschool and then being in the college weight room really set me on this path. The final straw was when I broke my wrist in college, has surgery, rehabbed and came back stronger! I don't want to set expectations to high, but I think almost all goals are achievable when attacked with a plan!

I'm a former college athlete and I understand the drive inside everyone! Now a certified strength and conditioning specialist, I'm taking all my training methods learned and using them to push people to improve! Throughout my year before physical therapy school, I worked with the general population. I have and continue to put a strong emphasis on warm-ups, and keeping individuals structurally sound as they gain strength and mobility.
