I have turned sick unhealthy men and women into cured confident leaders in health. I can!! I will!! I must !! Thats what i live by!!
My go to workout would be burpee’s mixed with a weighted jump rope. I love a good burn!

I never played sports. I just always loved fitness. I also draw and write poetry.
