Training with me is more than just obtaining information and a plan. My clients will understand what and more importantly why I am having them do what I prescribe. There is lots of information online but if you are new to fitness and health it can be hard to understand the complex information offered and the constant conflicting information. I want to make it simple and easy for my clients. Its my job to do the research, not theirs.
My go-to is weight training but I'm always looking for fun activities to keep things exciting.
As a food lover myself, enjoying what you eat is important. Chicken breast is always a good option
Avocado on its own just isn't my thing. But some guacamole or even mixing it in a salad is amazing.
