I feel clients would benefit from training with me because of my own personal experiences, struggles and testimony of how I overcame health issues, fear and mindset toward food, body image and so much more in order to become the healthier, fitter woman I am today. The everyday working woman, the Moms and women in menopause who are stuck, can see and relate to another everyday woman like me who has been there and overcame many obstacles to reach my goals. They will believe I can help them too.
My favorite go to workout is strength training, rebounding, speed walking, and kettlebells.
