I'll be solely invested in helping them accomplish their weight loss goals. We all have strengths and weaknesses, so as a trainer, it is my job to help said individual sharpen up their strengths and work just as hard to strengthen the weaknesses a client may have to constantly help them grow.
Leg days are my favorite. I love doing a Kettlebell Circuit on those days as a quick go to workout
Well I am a vegan, I love my fresh fruits and vegetables, my favorite foods are chickpeas and quinoa
My least favorites are brussel sprouts. I pretty much enjoy majority of the vegan food that I do eat
