You need a guide, coach, and sometimes a "no-nonsense" instructor who won't accept less than your best; because you can be better than you realize you can be.
I enjoy powerbuilding and German volume training. ANY movement done with intention is great, though!

Usually, I like to focus without music. If I use music, I enjoy prog rock or 70s-80s rock like CCR.
