I track client progressions and take the time to get a good understanding of what obstacles they are facing and what we need to do to get them to the next step in their journey. I motivate my clients and hold them accountable towards their goals while continuing to progress them as they improve.
My go-to workout is some heavy weightlifting followed by a circuit and cardio boxing at the end!
