My go-to workout would most likely consist of a full-body HIIT session along with functional work.
Plant-based foods such as oats, brown rice, beyond meat, sweet potatoes, sautéed veggies, and fruit.
I do not care much for brussels sprouts or tomatoes.

I actually suffer heavily from anxiety. And I incorporate that mental aspect into my workouts.
