A client should train with me because i am a coach that cares. I care about the clients health, i care about the clients needs, and i care about the clients mental health. I want to make sure my client is always feeling their best and is happy with the results that they are achieving through training with me without living such a restrictive, unhealthy lifestyle.
My favorite go-to workouts are always heavy compound lifts! Squats, deadlifts, shoulder press
oatmeal, protein pancakes, fruit, turkey burgers, chicken with rice/veggies, greek yogurt bowls
