Why Train With Me

Assuming a client is a good fit for me, they should train with me rather than with someone else or solo using free information available online because I have a comprehensive understanding of exercise science and health, with a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science & Health degree with distinction from the University of Idaho. Furthermore, my experience as a Division 1 athlete at the University of Idaho gives me first-hand experience of the physical and mental demands of high-level training. My three years of experience training a diverse caseload involving a variety of injuries, conditions, and chronic diseases make me highly knowledgeable and adaptable as a trainer. My commitment to staying updated on the latest research and continuously upgrading my education through courses advertised by the British Colombia Association of Kinesiologists also demonstrate my dedication to providing the highest quality training to my clients. Overall, these qualifications and experiences make me an exceptional choice for clients seeking personalized and effective training programs.
