My Mission

My mission: help people become the strongest and best-looking versions of themselves. I want everyone to feel confident with how they look and feel! A sense of pride, accomplishment, and self-worth are all things that I want people to feel with themselves for achieving things they never thought they could. I have been obsessed with bodybuilding since the age of 12 years old after seeing my dad go from morbidly obese, always tired, and pre-diabetic to shredded and muscular at the age of 38. His influence certainly rubbed off on me, as his journey inspired me to start lifting and trying to eat more protein and less junk food. In turn, I started noticing much better performance in sports as well as an increase in my own self-confidence. I've personally seen so many tremendous ways in which fitness and weight lifting have helped people around me and I genuinely hope to share that with my clients. This is my passion and I will give 100% effort in helping any way I can to achieve your goals!

Why Train With Me

I was a college level wrestler at Williams Baptist, and have been natural bodybuilding for 14 years. I will work with a client to build a program that is tailored towards their goals and respects their time they are able to put towards training and their own recovery ability.

My go-to workout

Traditional, old-school weightlifting focused around the big basic lifts and progressive overload.

Healthy food I love

Basic, healthy, and quick! Scrambled eggs, milk, and ground beef with rice and chicken stock.

Healthy food I hate

I really don't care for tomatoes, soy milk, or avocados. Those things just taste nasty to me!
