Even though I possess a high level of training knowledge and experience, I believe my best offering as a trainer is my ability to develop long-lasting relationships and trust with my clients. Not only can I provide a truly customized plan that one couldn't necessarily find from free resources, I more importantly can provide the motivation and accountability the client needs to adhere to his or her plan.
A go-to workout for me includes strength training followed by fun/tough conditioning to finish!
Any lean meat/fish, sweet potato fries done in air fryer, oatmeal, protein pancakes, eggs, zucchini
Leftover/meal prepped fish (it stinks!)

I played baseball in college and many other sports growing up, which led to my passion for fitness
