I am originally "self-taught" and have amazing results. However, it was extremely challenging, injury prone, and just flat out difficult to stay motivated. Change happens over time rather than in the blink of an eye. I can share my experiences and learnings to help a client start their fitness journey with a solid foundation to eventually be self-serving and maintain optimal health.
Posterior chain lifts are my favorite: Romanian deadlifts, hip thrusts, and kettlebell swings!
