A full body workout with all the compound movements! (Squats, bench, deadlifts, and overhead press)
Fruits and vegetables prepped anyway is my favorite. Everything else I try to get in diversity.

I listen to everything besides country during a workout, but my favorite would be Rap/Hip-Hop.
I am kind of a nerd when it comes to reading new studies or research on nutrition and supplements.
