I’m a fit mother runner and I help runners in their 20s-40s run faster! I have always been into fitness and running. I've been a runner since high school. I never really got into strength training until I did some research and found that it greatly reduces running related injuries. I have been lifting weights/working out 3-4 days a week and run 5 days a week for a lot of years. I have run many races from 5Ks up to a 50 miler. Prior to getting my personal trainer certificate, I helped friends and family achieve their fitness goals both in weight loss and in running. I have since trained many others to reach their fitness goals. I also coach middle school cross country and as well as a local youth cross country team (ages 6-14). I have a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals... but don't worry! I won't make you run unless you want to! :)
