My go-to workout is a full-body resistance training session with a little cardio at the end!
Quite literally all fruits and veggies, chicken/beef/turkey and rice, yogurt, eggs, and oats!
I don't *hate* avocado, but....almost. I also hate green peppers and any cooked peppers or carrots.
