After my football career was over, I stayed in the gym. It became my safe place where I could focus on my health, feel good about myself and escape the stress of day to day life for an hour. I learned to love fitness and make it a habit. I have experienced first hand how much of a positive effect it can have on mental health, self image and work ethic. Fitness is one of the greatest habits and stress relievers I have in my life and I want to help others to have the same experience.

I've always been able develop trusting, healthy client-trainer relationships with people I train. I think this leads to a stronger sense of accountability for all involved which is crucial to having success with a fitness program. I'm also skilled at conveying the knowledge I have gained as a trainer to my clients in a tangible way that they can grasp, which lets them know that they have an experienced trainer that genuinely cares about their progress and can facilitate that.
