My experience at a strength and conditioning facility along with training others for the past few years on the side has heightened my ability to create customized workout plans for all different types of clients. I have worked with athletes, older adults, and those with different limitations and feel that my skills can be fit to help someone enjoy getting into exercise and teaching them new ways to get the most from their workouts matter the skill level.
