My Mission

My mission is to create a positive relationship between you and your most important and complex asset, your body. To combat the constant stream of exploitaive misinformation about health and wellness we all experience daily. And to create your path to success using all the tools and resources available to us. The standard models for the fitness industry treat your wellness as a luxury. It is not, it is your lifes foundation. I want to help you build a better life, and this is where we start.

    Oatmeal, Brown Rice, Greek yogurt, Eggs, Roasted Meats, Fruit smoothies with Whey protein.

    Quinoa, Kale, Carrots, Celery. I can always hide my veggies in a sauce, but its still tough.
