I believe I have all the tools necessary to make a positive impact on any clients life whether it be to lose weight, put on muscle, stay in shape, get help with dieting, get help with how to workout, etc. I may not of worked with lots of people so far but all the people I have either trained in person or helped online all have nothing but great things to say about me.
My favorite muscle group to train is my back! Rows, rows, rows, and lots of muscle mind connection!
The good ole chicken and rice! I also love my strawberries, steak, potatoes, and pork loin.
