Since then I have been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient ways to train my clients based on their goals. A healthy lifestyle is more than lifting weights. It’s about balance, stretching, eating healthy, making sure your body is well-rested, and most importantly your mental health. I enjoy showing others what their bodies can do with hard work and dedication.
