I have extensive knowledge in fitness and training people through my time in the Army. I also teach men and women tools such as time management and goal setting.
My go-to workouts include compound movements for my "push" days such as bench and military press.
Healthy foods such as fruit, chicken, fish, and pasta are my favorite.
I am not a big fan of mushrooms, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts.
