My mission as a trainer is to 1) help you TAKE ACTION in your fitness journey and motivate you to give your best effort, 2) guide you along the journey to ACHIEVING YOUR FITNESS GOALS, and 3) support you daily in MAINTAINING HEALTHY BEHAVIORS that contribute positively to your overall quality of life! Fitness has played a crucial role in my own athletic journey, and has helped me achieve my goals! As an athlete, I have always been driven towards unlocking my individual potential in my sport. As a trainer, I am passionate about helping others do the same in their own health and fitness journeys! I got into fitness because I LOVE connecting and working with others to pursue their fitness goals, navigate through challenges together, and build positive relationships! Throughout my Kinesiology degree and previous strength and conditioning placement, I gained great insight into how valuable fitness is to performance and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Additionally, as a Bachelor of Kinesiology Sport Performance major, I have developed expertise in the scientific foundations of health, sport, and fitness. During my degree, I absolutely fell in love with understanding how to train one’s body to reach specific health and fitness goals!
