Even in a remote setting, I make an effort to make my clients feel my personal touch, keep the enthusiasm high and keep them as motivated as if I were there with them. I have the knowledge, experience and excitement to work well with all types of people and ensure they get the results they desire. Free information online is useful short term but clients are less likely to stick with the plans and they are not customized to their specific needs or fitness levels which is why having a trainer that can create a plan thats custom fit at their experience level and hold them accountable is the best route to take.
