My background in Ballet led me to become a Personal Trainer. I love movement and the human body is amazing. There is always more to learn and more to strive for. It is a privilege to help others experience the joy of moving your body. Once you find joy in moving, that is when you have found something special, and that is when you will find consistency. Long term consistency is what will lead you to accomplishing your goals and to being able to do what you love in life. Fitness is about much more than the physical component. It teaches us resilience. It teaches us that we are stronger than we think. It gives us an outlet and a moment of presence. Being healthy ultimately enables us to live a life that we love.
