What is different about my profile is I worked in a Functional Medicine based health centre underneath Applied Kinesiologists and Naturopathic Doctors. My job was to help patients optimize cell health, slow the aging process, and prevent and manage chronic illness and disease by providing diet, exercise, sleep, stress, and social plans, and giving official recommendations for supplementation.
My favourite workouts are hot yoga, and HIIT using weights doing circuits, running, or rowing!
My favourite healthy foods are making Sushi and Poke bowls, Jokbal, Shakshuka, and Buddha bowls.
A healthy food I hate is olives.
