Personal training has many aspects to it besides just physical training. They should train with me because I will design a plan that fits their individual needs to reach their desired goals. I will also guide them through the process helping them tackle any hurdles they may encounter along the way. I believe in them and know with my guidance they will see results!
My go-to workout is a quick total body circuit. Extra abs are always great too!
I love apples, berries, grapes, avocados, rice, chicken, almonds, cottage cheese, & dark chocolate.
I do not like kale, bananas, tofu, seaweed, or fish except for salmon.
