I have a knowledge base of rehabilitation as well and can help individuals come back from injury as well as help prevent injury. I’m a firm believer that a true foundation of strength stems from the core and I put a strong focus on core strength and stability from the beginning and progress individuals through the different positions as we build up the foundation.
I love a good leg day. Heavy back squats with some heavy split squats and RDLs.
A good sweet potato, in any form. And of course spinach, you can add it to everything.
