My belief is that the same things that it takes to be successful in fitness are the same things it takes to be successful in life. More often than not I've found that if we are struggling with something mentally or emotionally, we are probably having a hard time on the outside as well. This will often show up as carrying extra weight, and/or even physical ailments. My mission is to bridge this gap and help my clients understand their inherent value, while working to shed the lbs and get stronger- as I did when I lost 40 lbs! My goal is to help my clients get to the root cause of why they ended up here now and work together on creating a healthy relationship with food and exercise, and with their bodies. I've helped hundreds of clients by teaching them how to lose weight, get fit and stop the never-ending yo-yo dieting cycle, by actually eating the foods you love, while learning a realistic training schedule that you can actually enjoy and maintain!
LISTENING is my super power.I pride myself on being able to provide not only just PT expertise, but to bring the support and motivation that comes from genuinely caring and listening to my clients; and translating that into their program and to HOW I coach them. As a result, my clients feel seen, they feel heard, and they feel a sense of camaraderie, safety and community. I teach my clients how to get back to their roots and listen to their bodies. Moreover, I help them define their WHY clearly, and directly translate those goals into their program. They have a 100% catered program developed for their goals, their habits, their lifestyle— rather than just a cookie cutter program. They aren’t just “subscriber” or a “gym member” they are apart of my TEAM, my tribe. This catered 1-on-1 game plan makes them enjoy (not dread) their session every time they come to me. They have fun, while knowing they are being taken care of, while learning to stop the self-sabotaging hamster wheel.
