My best asset is an ability to develop rapport with wide varieties of people. Clients don't need a trainer to tell them what to do, they need a person who understands their situation, addresses their anatomy through modifications, and invigorates them beyond the generic platitudes of "keep it up, you're doing great". Every trainer can show you workouts, but not every trainer can teach you how you should fit into them and excite you about being on a path.
I am indecisive at heart. I love to lift, love to run, and love to run any competitive sport I can.
Being a Wisconsin boy I should say corn, but avocados will always sit well for me. Berries take 2nd.
I hate carrots, but I force them down like no other. Don't have to love it, just have to eat it!

Kanye West (sorry T Swift fans) or anything I am feeling that day. All depends on the given workout.
I eat the same meal about 250 nights out of the year. Egg tacos baby! (I should learn to cook.)
