I believe I am a great fit for most because I am personable, relatable, & efficient. I know how valuable time is for everyone & I am a realist so I feel clients will enjoy my ability to provide information in an easy-to-digest way without overloading them & making them feel lost or overwhelmed. I am also well-versed in most aspects of fitness & have learned through personal trial & error over the years, so if I promote something it's because it's worked for me & my clients in the past.
I lift weights daily for strength & hypertrophy, but, stretching & cardio are vital for well-being.
Eating a balanced diet has worked well for me so eating minimally processed whole foods is my GO-TO!
I have yet to find a food I hate... I eat to live and live to eat :) not a huge fan of olives though

I listen to a mix of EDM & rock music in the gym but certain workouts call for a specific soundtrack
Most people don't expect it because of my body type, but I am surprisingly flexible.
