I have a unique training background, as I have worked for a hospital affiliated fitness center for the last 5 years. I have trained in a semi private environment, meaning I see 20-30 clients per day instead of 1 client at a time each hour. This means over the years, I have gotten to work with hundreds of different clients ranging from young children to elderly people. That has allowed me to become knowledgeable and comfortable with a wide demographic. Outside of my experience, I pride myself on my ability to listen and adapt. In the past I have seen too many trainers generalize their plans and force them upon clients regardless of circumstances. The most important thing in my opinion is listening to clients feedback and changing/adapting plans on the go, to give them the best possible experience.
Typically anything involving weights, however I always feel most accomplished after a tough cardio!
Grilled chicken is one of my favorites, and ground turkey is a go-to for a lot of my dishes!
Lettuce and spinach are two of my least favorites. Luckily there's plenty of healthy alternatives!
