My Mission

After serving 8 years in the Army I learned that one of the few things we have control over in life is our body. This notion inspired me to begin my personal fitness journey following my service doing Obstacle Course Races, Endurance challenges, and Strength and Conditioning. Through these fitness endeavors and many years of studying health and wellness in academia I've found that there is no substitute for the effects received from physical exercise, nutrition, and self-care. Training improves our mood, quality of life, and self-efficacy and I want to share my knowledge of this with anyone who is ready to change their lives. I have a passion for motivating and helping people to achieve their goals and develop the disciplined practice needed to feel stronger, more confident, and ready to take on unexpected challenges both physically and mentally.

Why Train With Me

I’ve been personal training for 10 years and I know people can be overwhelmed when reading articles online and trying to piece together a lot of disjointed information. I’m here to help with all of that, and I even finished several degrees related to this because I am so passionate about it! Fitness inspired me from my military years and I was LEAD MOTIVATOR in my battalion. My goal is to get you up and moving and maybe even LOVING training, because I do. It will change your life!

My favorite workouts involve hitting the weights hard and doing bodyweight burnouts.

Healthy food I love

A taco bowl with brown rice, grilled chicken, guacomole, and sauteed vegetables is perfection.

Healthy food I hate

I know beans are good for us and all, but I can't do it. Mushrooms are growing on me though.
