We first need to move well, then move often. My goal is to push someone to become the best version of themselves both mentally and physically. I not only enjoy pushing someone physically, but mentally by educating them on not only what we are doing, why we are doing it, and how it is going to help them achieve their goals. Fitness has been a part of my life since I started playing sports at the age of 5. I have been involved in both team sports and individual sports. Fitness has a way of improving focus in all aspects of our lives. Health and Wellness should be encouraged at all ages and be a lifetime goal to be the best we can be!
Collin's mantra
I have a masters exercise physiology, with concentration in strength conditioning and functional movement. I am certified to the American College of sports medicine, as well as functional movement systems and TRX. I have a wealth of knowledge from nutrition to athletic conditioning. I can provide you with quality direction and provide a greater impact than anything you find that’s free.
