They should train with me because nobody on this earth can motivate them the way I can! I have a unique ability to bring out the best in people and lift others up when they are down. People seek personal trainers mostly to have someone to motivate them which is something I excel at!
My go to is weight training and more specifically chest/back day. In other words I love bench press!
For protein I love my chicken or steak. Veggies I love asparagus/broccoli. Carbs go-to is potatoes!
I’m not a fan of cauliflower also greatly dislike peas not sure why they exist because they suck!
