My recreational background and education play a huge role in my ability to create an achievable, personalized program. Working as a fitness specialist/supervisor in a recreation center for nearly 5 years allowed me to truly engage with people of all ages pursuing their fitness goals. My current clients range anywhere from young athletes with incredible athletic abilities to stroke survivors who are passionate about regaining their strength.
Leg day is my absolute favorite! Throw in some barbell squats, hip thrusts and RDLs and I'm golden!
