My mission is to get each of my clients to genuinely enjoy our time together. Your period of physical activity should be a highlight of your day. Something you look forward to doing. I will take it fully upon myself to ensure this is the case for each and every one of my clients. I think of my period of physical activity like recess as a kid, a time for you and you only. A time where you forget about all the stresses of the outside world and clear your head space for a little while. Many will come on day one thinking "ughhh, I don't want to workout". Well, if I'm doing my job correctly, that will change very fast. I want to to guide clients to happier and healthier life style.
People should train with me rather than solo or another trainer because I have become really good with people. I find a way to always have my clients feeling better when they leave than when they came. As much as personal training is about knowledge of the body its also knowing how to people please. I've gotten quite good at it.
