When picking a personal trainer I think one of the most important aspects to consider is your comfortability. My approachable, high-energy demeanor is one of the most valuable attributes I bring to my clients. I believe an exceptional trainer is someone who not only challenges the client, is a source of accountability, and motivates when needed but also makes the process as enjoyable and pain free as possible which is what I will aim to do in every session.
I love all types of training but my ideal training session would be a high intensity lower body day.
