Used to have seizures and was on medications for 10 years til I turned 17 years old. I wasn't in the best health and overweight; once I was off my medication I lost nearly 110 lbs of weight in less than two years. Since then I've used that motivation to continue my fitness journey to inspire as a personal trainer while having the knowledge in exercise science, nutrition, and strength and conditioning. I aim to always improve my education and knowledge in fitness and health to ensure my clients get the best results. I'm very personable with clients and try to relate to build relationships. I'm currently looking to get a master's in exercise science in performance and human nutrition while my end goal is to get a doctorate in physical therapy for sports therapy while direct commissioning in the Army as a medical officer. I will always turn to fitness in my expertise to inspire everyone to start their fitness journey; it's never too late!
