I will be able to directly relate to my clients needs and/or concerns. There is a lot of information circulating that is based on research and not based on research. I will be able to differentiate what will work best for each client and will recognize that clients will need different strategies to complete their goals; clients will need varying degrees of progression and/or regression, therefore clients will be trained individually with their own fitness plan.
I love to run. But, I also enjoy creating workout plans that target the lower limbs and core.
I love salmon with some white rice and a small Asian inspired salad on the side.
