I look to each client as a different puzzle and I want to give them the best program that will give them success. I do not believe that there is a cookie-cutter program that is absolutely perfect for everyone, so finding what is best for the client is priority number one.
My go-to workout includes 3-minute pace alternations followed by a full bodyweight strength circuit.
